 it didn't work at all to me; it could not log in to the hotmail server and it wanted to configure my outlook, which I NEVER use, main reason to get me a notifier...
 i hate it i am only new to this type of using the lap top computor. i know nothing!!! i was without a notification alert for incoming hotmail. so i downloaded your system. it tells me now it is running and therefore i cannot uninstall. i keep getting cdo check every five minutes popping up "new configuration unknown (or inaccessible exchange folder's ID and will close file in 30 seconds" i do not know how to rid my laptop of this nuisance cdo check. i am 67 all i wanted was something simple.do i have to put up with annoying situation for another 29 days. ...

 No Mac facility It was a PC based program even though it said it was also for Macs, but it was just an .exe file that was downloaded, which is no good to me.

password discovery it is grate..... nothing to say it works.....
Poor instructions for use. Once I opened my eyes and saw how to use the program I was able to use the software. Also I realize now that the program can only work in an IE browser. While the instructions clearly state that I did not pay attention to that yntil 15 minutes of playing around with it.

Your program is good but there is a problem happened after installed on 2 systems one with Windows XP SP3 OS and Microsoft Office 2007 - Outlook and other with Windows Vista Bussiness Edition with also Office 2007 , I face a strange problem in Outlook. Problem : When you open old mail to replay or forward cursor not movinge and no letter typing on screen in arabic language but if you change language to english it is typing.  It seemed like a good software but unfortunately without being truly able to see if it works (because the trial will only let you see a couple letters of the password) I can\'t justify purchasing it. Sorry.
I WAS MOST IMPRESSED WITH THE EASE OF INSTALL AND USE, PLUS IT WORKED... I HAVE TO SAY THAT I RECOMEND THIS TO ANYBODY THAT FORGOT THERE PASSWORD FOR MICROSOFT OUTLOOK.

Opinion Don't work. Problem with link and once I finally figured how to get there and downloaded it went to a third party link. Even after I set it up for each of my email accounts it would not go directly to that account. Instead went to link mail.com. I uninstalled your software.

WORKS WELL SO FAR
At best, an rc, at worst, a beta1. This product will not log into most banking sites, nor can it be set up to log into hotmail account, or t-mobiles site. But yet they are charging for this thing.
